| This meeting is to be held to present the 2009 year-end financial report and elect two (2) Board Members for a two (2) year term. Please be aware that in order to conduct this meeting, the Association must be represented by 10% of the members, either in person or by proxy. The current Board of Directors of the Association has established Monday, March 22, 2010, pursuant to Article 1396-2.11.A. of the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act as the record date (the "Record Date") for determining those members of the Association entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting. To be defined as a member entitled to vote, the Association must have received by the Record Date: (i) all assessments due by the property owned by the member; and (ii) any changes in ownership.
All lot owners are members of the Association and are cordially invited to attend this meeting. If you are unable to attend, please sign the attached proxy and mail it by Wednesday, March 17, 2010, to ensure quorum is obtained. You may also give your proxy to a neighbor. It is extremely important that all residents participate in this essential meeting of your neighborhood as well as step forward to serve your community. Voting privileges are granted to all property owners who are not delinquent in assessments.
